Locations

West Campus

Room 192 Administration Building, 1st Floor, ZIP 1711. You can access our confidential office through the front of the building or from the rear entrance by the loading dock.

Parking - Located in the Administration Garage adjacent to the Administration Building if you have card access. If you do not have card access to the garage please contact the EAP Office. The office can direct you to the EAP Reserved Parking Space located behind the Administration Building near the loading dock.

 

East Campus

Level 5, Room 556 at Stony Brook University Medical Center. We are situated along the main corridor, just off the hospital lobby. We are next to the Patient Advocacy Department and across from the Admitting Department.

Parking - Located at the Hospital or HSC Parking Garages.
