The Office of Diversity and Affirmative Action is currently looking for a Graduate Assistant. We are looking for energetic candidate that possess excellent, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to talk to students. If you feel that you possess these skills and attend an accredited program within Stony Brook University, please feel free to apply.

All Graduate Assistant will assist the Director and professional staff of the campus Office for Diversity and Affirmative Action.

Graduate Assistant
• Must possess Excellent communication skills
• Ability to function as a responsible and professional member of a team effort
• Must be able to work 20 hours a week
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must also possess knowledge in the following platforms
o Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Lotus Notes
o Experience in planning campus Events (Undergraduate Experience will be favored)
o Excellent writing skills
