Tickets

Gates to the Stadium open at 10:00 a.m. Tickets are required. In order to obtain tickets, candidates must complete the Ceremony Attendance Form on the SOLAR System. The deadline for completing this form on the SOLAR System is midnight May 1, 2012.

Tickets guarantee entrance to the Stadium, but specific seats cannot be reserved.

Ticket Distribution for the Main Ceremony:
Each candidate who completes the ceremony attendance form on the SOLAR System is eligible for three guest tickets (open seating). Candidates must pick up their tickets from their departmental representatives from May 8 through May 11, 2012. Candidates must show current identification. If tickets are not picked up during this period of time, you will automatically forfeit your tickets.

Doctoral Hooding Ceremony
Tickets are required and will be distributed from the department of the candidate's program. Four tickets per candidate will be distributed, and additional tickets may be available depending on the responses from the Ceremony Attendance Form on SOLAR. See your Doctoral Candidate Representative for tickets to the Hooding Ceremony as well as tickets to the Main University Commencement Ceremony.

Unclaimed Tickets
Departments and schools will give out any unclaimed tickets at their discretion. Check with your departmental representative for specific information on times, days, and location of unclaimed ticket distribution.
