Information for Families of Graduating Students

Your families will be sent a letter with pertinent information about commencement and a map. Let your guests know where you will be seated so that they can arrange their seating accordingly. If you are participating in your department’s program as well, also let your guests know details about the department’s ceremony so that they will know the time and location of this ceremony. The listing of the Department Programs is located in INFO FOR STUDENTS sidebar.

Please let your guests know that the Main Commencement Ceremony will be taking place in the Stadium (located behind the Sports Complex). Directional signs will direct them to the Stadium.

Dining Services and Food Courts - Guests may purchase refreshments at the following locations:
