What does “Entrance is free” mean?
Wolfstock Village is open to everyone including kids’ games, rides and activities. Pre-register to take advantage of discounted food packages and football tickets. Food will also be available for purchase a la carte at the event.

What does your Wolfstock Pass include?
A Wolfstock Pass includes two or four food items of your choice (including burgers, hot dogs, fajitas, side dishes, etc.) and a non-alcoholic beverage.
Do all ticket options include a ticket to the football game?
General Admission football game tickets can be added to a Wolfstock Package for an additional $8 while supplies last. To purchase chair-back seats for the football game, please visit Stony Brook Athletics.
When do the food and drink stations close at Wolfstock?
All food and beverage stations close at 5:45 pm. Last call is at 5:30 pm.The Wolfstock field closes at 6 pm.
Can I purchase tickets to Wolfstock at the door?
Wolfstock Village is free and open for anyone to stop by. Discounted food packages are only available for pre-registrants, however food and beverage will be available for purchase at the event. To purchase tickets to the football game that day, please visit the LaValle Stadium ticket booth or visit Stony Brook Athletics.
I pre-registered online. Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up at the Wolfstock Online Ticket Pick-up tent starting at 2:30 pm the day of Wolfstock. All pre-purchased packages should be picked up before 5:15 pm to ensure you are there before the food and beverage stations close at 5:45 pm.
Can I request a refund for my purchase?
Refunds will be processed until October 6, 2017. After that time, no refunds will be made.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Wolfstock tickets are transferrable upon request. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (631) 632-4466.
Where can I purchase Seawolves gear and merchandise?
Get your red on! Stony Brook merchandise will be available for sale at Wolfstock Village.

Can I bring my pet?
The only animals allowed on the Wolfstock field are service animals with proper I.D. Pets are not allowed.
Can I smoke or use tobacco products?
Stony Brook University is tobacco-free, which means smoking or using tobacco products on the Wolfstock field and University campus is prohibited. Learn more about our tobacco-free initiative.
Can I bring my own food into Wolfstock?
No outside food or beverages are allowed into Wolfstock Village. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the event.
What kind of food will be served?
Wolfstock includes a full spread of backyard barbecue favorites. Vegetarian options are also available.
How are the pictures taken at Wolfstock used after the event?
Select photos from the event can be viewed on the University's Flickr page. In addition, please note that images taken at Wolfstock of you and those in your party could be used in University and promotional materials. Is there a charge for parking?
Parking will be available to guests in the Gym Road, LIRR, North P and Administration lots at no charge. Parking in the LaValle Stadium Lot will only be available to fans who have purchased a season permit.
