To request the use of space at the Wang Center, please provide your specifications regarding setup of the rooms, audio-visual aids, and any other instructions in the online request form. Please consult the policies & procedures of the Wang Center and room diagrams and capacities to assist you in choosing the appropriate venue for your event. This online reservation system is designed to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.

Within two business days of receiving the request, a Wang Center staff member will contact you via e-mail whether the space you requested is available. If the space is available, you will be asked to submit a deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, the space will be reserved for you and you will receive a confirmation of your booking.
