H-1B Visa Category
H-1B visa category is for international employees being hired with a professional degree in specialty occupations that require the theoretical or practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge. For more information, click here.

O-1 temporary workers possess extraordinary ability, are among the top 1–2% of individuals who have risen to the very top of their field, and are coming to the United States to continue work in their area of extraordinary ability on a temporary basis. For more information, click here.
TN NAFTA Professionals
TN status provides work authorization for Canadian and Mexican citizens for professionals in "temporary" positions within the pre-approved fields included in the NAFTA treaty for up to three years at a time. For more information, click here.
