The University of Manchester is one of the world's premier universities with an international
reputation for its research. In Manchester students have an opportunity to experience
contemporary and classic art, theater, as well as museum exhibitions at the University's
Whitworth Art Gallery, Contact Theater and Manchester Museum. Manchester is considered
England's second city after London. It is one of Britain's liveliest and most multicultural
cities, hosting various events, cinemas, and exhibitions.
