I am currently a graduate student in Social and Health Psychology at Stony Brook University. I earned my BA in Communications from Stonehill College and Masters of Social Work from Boston College. My research interests include stress and coping in the context of reproductive health, chronic illness, and rare diseases such as Mastocytosis. I am also interested in the role the patient-provider relationship plays in buffering the effects of stress. My research advisor is Dr. Marci Lobel. We also collaborate with Dr. Anne Moyer, Dr. Lisa Pastore in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Dr. Lisa Rosenthal at Pace University.
