CAPACITY HAS BEEN REACHED AND REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. ONLY THOSE REGISTERED WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND. Registration badges will be available upon check-in and required for admittance to all events.

In order to be listed in our program book, please register by March 1st. All companies registered will be provided with a 6ft table, electricity (if requested on the registration form), free parking, lunch and their logo on our companies web page. Our networking session with postdocs and graduate students will be held from 4-6 pm after the panel discussions. Companies are invited to join us for lunch from 12-1:30 pm and can begin table setup in the Theater Lobby as early as 2 pm. Representatives will be on hand to answer questions and help with setup. Parking: Students and postdocs should park in the Administration Parking Garage. Panelists and companies should park in the M&H parking lot, just north of the Wang Center. A map of both parking venues is viewable here.
