Welcome to Stony Brook University's National Student Exchange website. National Student Exchange is similar to Study Abroad in many respects. Both programs widen your horizons academically, personally, and socially. You get a chance to study at another campus for a specified period of time and return to your home campus greatly enriched by the opportunities and experiences you enjoyed somewhere else. The major difference between the two programs is that Study Abroad takes you outside the United States and National Student Exchange keeps you in the United States and her territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and participating universities in Canada.
This link links you to the home page for each member campus. To find NSE specific information on each member campus, click on a state in the column to the right and then on the name of the campus. There you will see a profile of the campus, including available programs and costs. In the "Fast Facts" column you will find campus demographics, links to the campus catalogs and for some campuses links to specific information for incoming and outgoing students.
