Schedule (Tentative) for Composers Forum
Fall 2011
September 27, general meeting 5:15-6:30
October 3, preconcert talk and concert with Perry Goldstein and guest composers, concert at 8, pre-concert talk at 7:00
October 10, composer talk with Michael Gordon, 5:15-6:30, Perc ensemble concert at 8pm
Oct. 20, composer Pierre Jalbert, 5:15-6:30, Emerson St Qt concert at 8pm
Nov. 1, general meeting 5:15-6:30 (possible faculty presentation)
Week of Nov. 7 – stay tuned for premieres composers talks, times TBA – may be several sessions throughout the week, especially Nov 7 and 9 at our regular time. Possibly on Nov 8. Just not sure yet.
Nov. 29th – 5:15-6:30 Sheila will make an introduction about her chamber opera, The Tale of the White Rooster, which will be performed at SB on Sunday, Dec. 4th.
