Faculty, students and guest artists explore the works of a single composer, genre or period in a single day of concerts and lectures. This year the studios of Gilbert Kalish and Christina Dahl will perform music written strictly in the 21st century.

SPRING CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL

Faculty, students, guest artists and members of the Emerson String Quartet perform chamber works of all genres, style periods and configurations. Lunchtime concerts will be held at 12 pm and the main concerts will be held at 8 pm. The week also includes public masterclasses, pre-performance lectures and jazz each night after the concert. The week will conclude with an honors concert featuring the winners of the Ackerman Chamber Music Competition.
