Intermediate Performance Program
The Intermediate Performance Program is the next step in the comprehensive music training offered in the Children's Community Music Programs. This class offers studies in vocal technique, music theory, instrumental improvisation and composition. Varied methods will be used in the instruction, including the Kodály Method and Orff Schulwerk.These studies will reinforce through performance the skills needed to build mature musicians. Taught by renowned choral director and elementary school music specialist, Eileen M. Benedict.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Entering Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Grade in Fall 2012. No prerequisites.
TUITION
$595/year
Tuition is due in full by December 1, 2012. Need-based financial aid is available to eligible families.

Students have the option to participate in the Pre-College Division Masterclass from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
