Unique Facilities to Address Scientific Goals

The Center for Mesoscale Transport Properties has access to world class facilities which will enable unprecedented insights.  The unique resources and capabilities available to this Center can be highlighted with four special facilities: the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center (AERTC) at Stony Brook University, the Interdisciplinary Science Building (ISB), National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II), and Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN) at Brookhaven National Laboratory. This combination of facilities and key attributes of each is unparalleled and will afford our partners access to world-leading facilities and instrumentation enabling us to successfully reach our research goals.
