The collection is comprised of 10 linear inches of records including hearings, briefs, statements, and treasurer records created by Suffolk Scientists for Cleaner Power and Safer Environment of Suffolk County, Long Island, New York between 1969 and 1974. The organization favored nuclear power generation and the construction and licensing of the Long Island Lighting Company’s Shoreham nuclear power facility.
