Students should take a foreign language PLACEMENT EXAM in the Language Learning Research Center (LLRC).

Those students who score a 4 on the foreign language placement exam in Spanish should speak directly to the Spanish department for placement into upper division courses. 

Students who have taken the Regents exam before 2011 and have scored 85 or above will have satisfied skill 3 or LANG requirements.
