The Seawolves Food Show is a web show produced by The Faculty Student Association in collaboration with Stony Brook University journalism students to help the campus community learn more about Campus Dining's programs, menu items and exciting events held throughout the school year. The show also features nutrition tips, cooking demonstrations, and behind the scenes previews of new dining locations, renovations and improvements.

    Welcome Back Seawolves! In this episode, we learn about everything that happens with the FSA over Winter Break. Coverage includes RA Training to prepare new RAs with information about dining services, Second Night Out, an event to welcome students back to campus, and the FSA Winter Student Panel and Student Employee training sessions.

    FSA and Campus Dining have been preparing all summer for the return of students for the Fall semester. In this episode, we'll talk about the first ever Second Night Out event and unique techniques that were used to train Resident Assistants (RAs). We also have an exclusive interview with Dawn Villacci, Customer Advocate, who discusses how a group of summer panel students worked on a project that helped train Campus Dining student staff.
