Required Qualifications

 Masters degree in Physics or MAT in Physics Education; minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or High School and/or University level.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. in Physics or closely related discipline; primary instructor experience in teaching undergraduate physics courses

Responsibilities & Requirements

 teaching of undergraduate courses in the PHY-AST department as per chair's assignment; student advising/mentoring; attending of faculty department events; provide program support

Special Notes

This is a non-tenure track position.  FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.  Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date: Spring 2020
