Participation in Earthstock gives your company or organization the opportunity to showcase itself to the 36,000 members of the Stony Brook campus community as well as providing an affiliation with a leading university.

Directions
Enter Stony Brook campus using the main entrance off Nichols Road and follow signs to drop-off and parking. Click here for Click here for campus maps »

Unloading & Registration Tent
Participants will unload at the Student Activities Center Loop. A volunteer will be assigned to watch your supplies while you check-in. Vendors will receive a parking permit at the registration tent in the SAC loop and then follow signs to reserved parking. Click here for campus maps. At registration, you'll receive:

A diagram with a pre-assigned 61 x 31 numbered & covered table(s); 2 chairs per table

One lunch voucher at the designated Food Tent. Coffee will be provided in the morning and water will be served with lunch.

Parking Permit–Contact Peg Abbatiello at (631) 632-6320 if more than one parking permit is required.

Rain Location
In the event of rain, our event will be held in the Student Activities Center. Signs will be posted directing participants to unload and park.
