Participation in Earthstock gives your company or organization the opportunity to showcase itself to the 36,000 members of the Stony Brook campus community as well as providing an affiliation with a leading university.

Directions
Enter Stony Brook campus using the main entrance off Nicolls Road and follow signs to drop-off and parking. Click here for campus maps »

Unloading & Registration Tent
Exhibitors will follow Earthstock signs to the Student Activities Center parking lot (details here). There volunteers will assist them in transporting their supplies in bins to the Academic Mall.  Once there, exhibitors will be able to check in and receive the following: 

A diagram with a pre-assigned 61 x 31 numbered & covered table(s); 2 chairs per table

Two lunch vouchers at the designated Food Tent. Coffee will be provided in the morning and water will be served with lunch.

Rain Location
In the event of rain, our event will be held in the Student Activities Center . Signs will be posted directing participants to unload and park.
