The Challenge of Leadership workshop focuses on organizational mission, vision and values; the transition from individual performer to manager.  Each participant will conduct a self assessment of their management strengths and weaknesses. Workshop includes exercises in emotional intelligence and leadership styles.

Who Should Attend

The Challenge of Leadership workshop is designed for managers who may not have had formal management training, as well as those who seek to enhance or refresh their managerial knowledge.
