Advanced Leadership Certificate

Great companies develop leaders at every level of the organization. To assist companies develop effective leaders, Stony Brook University's Corporate Education and Training (CET) is launching a series of leadership workshops that build on CET’s long record of providing executive education as a way to increase their competitiveness. Designed for experienced managers, the Advanced Leadership Certificate offers hands on, case-based workshops addressing today’s business challenges and opportunities. All training is conducted by world class practitioners.

Who Should Attend
The Advanced Leadership Certificate workshops are designed for experienced managers who can share their experiences with their peers. The workshops are particularly suitable for managers who anticipate moving from a managerial role to a broader leadership role in their organizations.

What Will You Learn
Participants will discuss and share ideas about the kinds of issues that concern upper management teams:

How Will You Learn
Workshops will engage the participants in active learning with hands-on activities and case-based examples. The courses are designed to be practical by imparting skills and insights that participants can put into practice in their organizations.

Flexibility
Attend individual workshops, or complete the Advanced Leadership Certificate by taking five (5) workshops. All workshops are led by Stony Brook faculty and experienced professionals.
