There is a growing demand for Agile Project Managers. Agile projects cope with business environments filled with constant change through enhanced communication, close collaboration among all stakeholders, iterative development, adaptive planning and self-organizing teams.
This workshop introduces participants to Agile project management methods and how they adapt to individual business environments. The Best Practices for adaptive planning, risk-driven development, communication and negotiation are introduced as well as the skills needed to build and foster collaboration and accountability within cross-functional teams. The workshop also addresses key factors and potential pitfalls to be considered when planning a transition to Agile.
Once completed, participants involved with PMI® and the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional – PMP program, are awarded 2.0 PDUs or “Contact Hours”.
