AS9100, the Aerospace version of ISO 9000, requires that a formal Risk Management method be developed for the processes in your Quality Management System. The first portion of this class is a discussion of Risk Management, identification of risks, measurement, and mitigation. AS9100 Revision C risk requirements, documentation of risk, procedures, and actions needed are also covered.
The second portion is a workshop. We provide tools for identifying and measuring risk. The participants will work through the risks in their functional area and their potential mitigation actions. The result will be a start point for the company risk analysis evaluation. This will satisfy the AS requirements and can be used for Business Continuity Planning.
