Inventory Management

Material can account for 60% or better of the cost of goods. The control of this valuable asset can make a significant difference to the profitability of the company. Participants in this class will learn the principles and practices for forecasting requirements, managing the physical inventory and keeping the records that control issue and receipt of property.

A primary topic of this course is minimizing Inventory while achieving a high fill rate. This course will provide the tools and techniques to establish and maintain a process for Inventory Accuracy, Perpetual Inventory, and Cycle Counting inventory.  Continental breakfast and lunch included.
