Participants in this class will learn the principles and practices for forecasting requirements, managing the physical inventory and keeping the records that control issue and receipt of property.
A primary topic of this course is minimizing Inventory while achieving a high fill rate. This course will provide the tools and techniques to establish and maintain a process for Inventory Accuracy, Perpetual Inventory, and Cycle Counting inventory. Continental breakfast and lunch included.
