ISO 9001 and AS9100 require you to conduct Internal Audits of your Quality System to determine compliance to the documents and effectiveness of the system. This training will prepare your auditors for that role. This seminar provides training in practices, methods, and techniques for AS9100 quality system internal audits.
The first day includes: Quality Management System interpretation, audit procedures, auditor skills, and pre-audit preparation. On the second day, the group is separated into auditing teams and two practice audits are performed. The teams will present their findings to the class. Each team completes an audit report that can initiate the Corrective and Preventive Action process. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Gladky, CPIM, Managing Director, has worked in the areas of Quality Improvement, Employee Involvement, Lean Manufacturing, Training Development, Administration, Information Technology, and New Product Development. Joan holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Management.
