This Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation course provides an in-depth look
at the system logicbehind ERP and how it interacts with the business functions.

The ERP Software Selection and ERP Implementation Team should attend as well as your primary users of the system.                                                                                                 


The availability of low cost computers has expanded the use of ERP as a tool for control of priority and resources in a manufacturing or distribution company.  This highly effective management tool uses the integration of information across the company to plan and coordinate the activities of marketing, production, and finance.  The modules of ERP will be defined with their interaction explained.  Software selection and implementation will be covered.

Joan began Cypress 25 years ago to help clients become more competitive.  Her expertise is in Supervisory Skills, Quality Improvement, implementing ISO 9001-based Quality Management Systems, AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office and business process improvement. Cypress helps clients become more competitive. Joan holds a BS in Computer Science, an MBA in Management and is a frequent speaker at professional organizations.
