Unlocking the power of female leaders for a competitive and innovative future in STEM
Everyone agrees on the importance of STEM fields not only as an economic engine for
sustained growth, but also as the key for finding solutions to the world’s most pressing
problems. The future of STEM requires full participation of the available talent pool:
at present, women are significantly underrepresented in all stages of the STEM pipeline.
This will be an interactive and experiential program, and will be supported by ongoing workshops, mentorship and engagement. Participants will be empowered to take charge of their career strategy, become agents of change, and function at the peak of their leadership capacity.
