Job Fair Registration

The Career Center hosts multiple job fairs each semester to provide employers ample opportunity to access Stony Brook students.

Registration is through  Handshake, our job posting and recruiting system. For any other questions, please call  Debbie Fosta at (631) 632-6807. 

Rates

  • Corporate: $300.00
  • Nonprofit/Government: $150.00
  • Third-Party: $400.00

Request an Interview Room

To streamline your interviewing process, rooms are available at the Career Center for you to conduct private interviews at no charge.

Log into your   Handshake  account and click on “Request an Interview” on your home page.

Information Sessions

 

2017-2018 Information Session Dates

Space is available on campus for organizations to conduct presentations to students about their culture and career opportunities.

Fall 2017:  Wednesday, September 6- Friday, November 17, 2017
Spring 2018:  Wednesday, January 24- Friday, April 13, 2018

Employer Policy

 
Request an Information Session

Log into your Handshake account and click “Create an Event” on the homepage.

If you plan to visit campus for a full day of interviews through our On-Campus Interview program, you can reserve a date for a presentation through your interview schedule request on   Handshake.

Reservation Fee

The fee to host an Information Session ranges from $200.00 - $400.00 depending on location, and is $100.00 for nonprofit/government organizations. Fees include your AV needs and staffing for the event. Marketing for your Information Session is coordinated by the Career Center. If you have marketing material you would like us to use, feel free to forward that information to our office.
