This tremendous increase in seafood consumption coupled with industrial fishing methods that damage aquatic ecosystems has placed major stress on our oceans. The world’s supply of seafood is clearly threatened, which is why we have made a commitment to sustainable seafood offerings and source 100% of contracted seafood purchases certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Global Aquaculture Alliance's Best Aquaculture Practices Program.
