Vincent Giardini Jr. has earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. Vince has been teaching at a number of universities on Long Island as an adjunct lecturer at the graduate and undergraduate levels, utilizing both onsite and online formats for the last fifteen years.

Vince is currently the Owner and President of Consulting for Management and Technology Systems (CMTS), which specializes in advanced technology support, ideation and program management of specialized projects. As a retired executive in a Global Fortune 200 Corporation; Vince brings over twenty-five years of progressive experience within the high reliability technology domain, in several functional areas including Procurement / Supply Chain Management, Product Integrity, Design Engineering, Program Management and International Business Development. Prior experience includes Operations Management in small to mid-size companies in related industries. Vince has gained a thorough knowledge of the Aerospace Industry and related markets and practices, and specific knowledge of high reliability, system critical technology and service capabilities.
