Paul Tagliaferri is currently self employed as President of Paul F Tagliaferri Inc - Guardian Employee Management, a full service HR outsourcing firm. He has held many positions with the US Government including Wage and Hour Investigator with the US Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division; Labor Relations Specialist for the US Department of Treasury; Field Examiner for the National Labor Relations Board Region 29; Presidential Management Intern with the Office of Personal Management; and Administrative Manager, US Department of Defense - Defense Logistics Agency NY Regional Office.
Professor Tagliaferri holds Master of Science Degrees from New York Institute of Technology in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations. He has also completed post graduate education at Capella University in the field of Organizational Management/Human Resources Development Specialization.
