Kathy Rocklein is an instructor for the Chemistry Teaching Laboratory.  For thirty four years, she taught all levels of chemistry at Ward Melville High School.  While at Ward Melville, she was a teacher mentor, ran Peer Review Sessions, held monthly workshops for new secondary teachers, and coached the Science Olympiad Team.  She is a member of the New York State Biology and Chemistry Professional Development Network.  This organization learns the latest teaching techniques and performs workshops to teach these new methods to educators throughout the state.
