Payment Due Date: June 17, 2013
Full refunds of program fee for withdrawals occurring on or before July 08, 2013. For withdrawals occurring from July 09, 2013 through July 29, 2013, there is a prorated refund of the program fee (see below). There are no refunds of the program fee after July 29, 2013.

Insurance Information
Health Insurance is required for the above Certificate Programs. The Health Insurance fee covers the period August 15 of the current year through August 15 of the next year. Students having comparable health insurance coverage may waive this health insurance by completing the online insurance waiver request in SOLAR.
