Class End Date: April 19, 2013
Payment Due Date: August 13, 2012
Full refunds of program fee for withdrawals occurring on or before September 2, 2012. For withdrawals occurring from September 3, 2012 through September 23, 2012, there is a prorated refund of the program fee (see below). There are no refunds of the program fee after September 24, 2012.

Insurance Information
Health Insurance is required for the above Certificate Programs. The Health Insurance fee covers the period August 15 of the current year through August 15 of the next year. Students having comparable health insurance coverage may waive this health insurance by completing the online insurance waiver request in SOLAR.
