Class Start Date: July 5, 2012
Class End Date: June 28, 2013
Payment Due Date: June 21, 2012
Full refunds of program fee for withdrawals occurring on or before July 11, 2012. For withdrawals occurring from July 12, 2012 through August 1, 2012, there is a prorated refund of the program fee (see below). There are no refunds of the program fee after August 2, 2012.

Insurance Information
Health Insurance is required for the above Certificate Programs. The Health Insurance fee covers the period August 15 of the current year through August 15 of the next year. Students having comparable health insurance coverage may waive this health insurance by completing the online insurance waiver request in SOLAR.
