Program Certificate Fee: $5,673.40* (The program fee includes a comprehensive fee of $173.40 for transportation and technology services)
Class Start Date: August 17, 2009
Class End Date: June 25, 2010
Payment Due Date: August 3, 2009
Full refunds of program fee for withdrawals occurring on or before August 23, 2009. For withdrawals occurring from August 24, 2009 through September 13, 2009, there is a prorated refund of the program fee (see below). There are no refunds of the program fee after September 14, 2009.

Insurance Waiver Information
If you were a previous Stony Brook student in the Spring 2009 semester, you have been charged a $1204.00 fee for student health insurance for August 16th, 2009 to August 15th, 2010. If you are new to Stony Brook this year, you have been charged for insurance starting from the 15th of the previous month through August 15th, 2010. If you have alternate health insurance, you may waive it by submitting a copy of your current health insurance card before the end of the second week of the start of your classes to:
