Program Certificate Fee: $7,711 (The program fee includes the technology, transportation and academic excellence & success fees)
Class Start Date: June 4, 2012
Class End Date: May 31, 2013
Payment Due Date: May 21, 2012
Full refunds of program fee for withdrawals occurring on or before June 10, 2012. For withdrawals occurring from June 11, 2012 through July 1, 2012, there is a prorated refund of the program fee (see below). There are no refunds of the program fee after July 2, 2012.

Insurance Information
Health Insurance is required for the above Certificate Programs. The Health Insurance fee covers the period August 15 of the current year through August 15 of the next year. Students having comparable health insurance coverage may waive this health insurance by completing the online insurance waiver request in SOLAR.
