Insurance Waiver Information
If you were a previous Stony Brook student in the Spring 2011 semester, you have been charged for student health insurance effective from the starting date of your program to August 15, 2012. If you are new to Stony Brook this year, you have been charged for insurance starting from the 15th of the previous month of your program's starting date to August 15, 2012. If you have alternate health insurance, you may waive it by submitting a copy of your current health insurance card before the end of the second week of the start of your classes to:
