Stony Brook University Budget Office
The primary purpose of the University Budget Office is to assist campus management in budget development and in planning for, implementing, and administering the allocation of campus financial resources.
The Budget Office interacts with SUNY System Administration to coordinate
campus budget activities with SUNY and other New York State systems and processes.
Locally the Budget Office focuses on providing financial and analytical services
to the vice presidential areas in a manner consistent with the campus mission.
This is accomplished through financial reporting, formal and informal training
sessions, and systems and policy development.
