- Project Status: Tells you what aspect of production the project is in.
- Work Order Number
- SUCF Number: State University Construction Fund Number.
- Priority: A number between 1 and 3.9 that tells how urgent the project is. 1 is the highest priority.
- Work Order Text Box: Enter work Order or SUCF #. Press the enter key or simply click on the "search" button below to close the current work order and to open the entered work order.
- My Projects: A statistical view of all projects where the person logged-in is the coordinator.
- Print: Prints the current page on the default printer.
- Logout: Logs-off the current user.
- Email to User: Sends an email to the requester of the Work Order.
- Status Start/End: This start date is when the particular status shown under project status has begun and the Status End date is when it is projected to end.
- Project Estimated Start/End: This is the estimate of when the entire project will begin and end.
- Work Start/End: This is the actual date the work started and when the work ended.
- Funding Account
- Estimated Cost: This is the initial estimate for the cost of the project.
- Change Orders: This is a total of any charges to the initial estimate that have occurred during production.
- Adjusted Estimate: Initial Estimate + Change Orders.
- Billed: A field where Accounting enters what they have billed out to an account.
- Client Paid: This is a field used by CPDC when a client paid an expense.
- Project Type: This can be HOSPITAL, FDC, UNKNOWN or CANCEL.
- Phone: This is the phone number of the requester.
- Delete Comment
- Location: Project Location
- Add New Comment Button: Enter a new comment.
- Requestor: Project Requester.
- Currently With: This is who is handling the project under the current status.
- Coordinator: This is the main contact person of a project; they coordinate all phases of the operation.
- Project End: This is a field that calculates when the estimated end of the project is about to occur or how many days have passed since it has occurred. Letting people know if the project is on schedule.
- Cost: This is an estimated vs. actual cost percentage.
- Construction Fund Check Box: Construction Funds being used.
- Hold: Project on hold.
CPR with Detail Cost Expanded
- Labor Gross: This is the gross labor wage without any associated fringes.
- Fringe: This is the fringe on the labor; it calculates both Union and Research fringe.
- Furniture: This is any furniture cost associated with the project.
- IT/Telecom: This is any telecommunication wiring cost that is associated with the project.
- Equipment: This is any equipment cost associated with the project.
- Construction Manager’s Fee: This is the fee associated with the construction manager.
- Materials: This is the cost of parts as listed in MP2.
- Cost to Date: The total of all the fields.
- Materials/Design: Currently unused fields.
